Calcined dolomite is calcium oxide (cao) and magnesium oxide (mgo), obtained by heating dolomite ore caco3, mgco3 in horizontal and vertical furnaces. mgo and cao are formed completely separately from each other and have no solubility in each other and no phase is formed between them. Calcined dolomite is obtained by heating dolomite stone at a temperature of 800 to 1100 degrees Celsius so that it lasts at least 2-4 hours at an average temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius.
